Mohamed Sadek

Mohamed Sadek is a Partner at Recta Advocates. He is admitted to practise in Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has more than ten years of experience across the Middle East.

His practice focuses on venture capital and private investment. Mohamed advises investors, founders and growth-stage companies on fundraising rounds, investment structuring, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and has acted on numerous venture financings across the region.

Before joining the firm, Mohamed held senior leadership roles and worked closely with the region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, experience that shapes the commercial perspective he brings to each transaction.
