Nour Shaiek

Nour Shaiek is a Partner at Recta Advocates, based in Tunis, with more than seven years of experience in Tunisian corporate law.

She advises on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance and governance, with a particular focus on startups and venture capital. Nour has acted for emerging companies from incorporation through successive funding rounds, and advises domestic and international clients establishing or expanding their presence in Tunisia.

Before joining the firm, Nour practised at a leading regional law firm.
