Partner-led advice on every matter.

Meet the partners and associates who advise our clients across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Tunisia, in corporate, investment and dispute resolution work.

Regional experience across the Middle East and North Africa, with an international outlook.

Our partners act for international and regional investors, corporates and founders on investments, financings, acquisitions and restructurings, and represent clients before national courts and regional arbitration centres.

Clients work directly with the partner responsible for their matter. We staff each mandate with the lawyers best suited to it, wherever they are based, and give advice that is clear, practical and grounded in the client’s commercial objectives.
